- Participants of the program are entitled to CME/CNE/CPD accreditation.
- Certificate of attendance will be issued at completion of the program.
- Official letter of invitation will be sent upon request to facilitate participant's travel and visa arrangement.

Special Dietary Requirements Every effort will be made to cater for participants with special dietary requirements, however please note prior notice is required and special requests on the day cannot be guaranteed. Please indicate on the registration form if you have any specific requirements, and the Conference Secretariat will contact you to assist.
Insurance Participants are strongly advised to secure appropriate travel and health insurance. Registrations do not provide any such insurance coverage. The Organizing Committee and the Conference Secretariat accept no responsibility for any loss in this regard.
