In 1997, a small group of whole-hearted healthcare practitioners at Ruttonjee Hospital started the biennial Echo Hong Kong Conference. With more than a decade, they are rightly taken pride in their achievements and many unforgettable challenges they have overcome.
Echocardiography (ECHO) offers a non-invasive, safe and inexpensive means to provide clinicians with real time, anatomical, functional and aetiological diagnoses of cardiovascular disorders almost anytime, anywhere. Echo Hong Kong Conference is a biennial event with hands-on workshop focusing in the application of echocardiography in diagnosing cardiovascular disorders for better clinical patient care.
Objectives of Echo Hong Kong Conference are as follows:
